The following is a biography of the owners:

Barbara “Bobbie” A. Lebeck, P.E.
President
Professional Registration: CA – R.C.E. 47045 • NV – RCE 11944

Bobbie has over 23 years of professional engineering experience within the greater Sacramento and El Dorado County areas. Her expertise is across a broad range and includes subdivision designs, improvement plans, residential grading plans, drainage plans and hydrologic / hydraulic analysis, detention-pond design, commercial developments, parcel maps, earthwork quantities, cost estimates, construction management, coordination with public agencies, and legal definitions.

Bobbie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from California State University Sacramento (CSUS) in May of 1986. She has continued her education in communication skills, customer service, specific land developments and permitting, and PC design software.

Nicole Young, P.E.

Nicole has over 15 years of professional engineering experience, and over eight years of experience throughout the greater El Dorado County and Sacramento areas. Her experience includes the management and preparation of design-improvement plans for residential subdivisions, commercial sites and road improvements. Her technical expertise is in the design of both single and multiple residential sites, as well as in commercial development. Her skills encompass sewer, water and drainage systems, roads, and large grading plans. She has extensive experience in PC design software using AutoCAD and Eagle Point, enabling her to incorporate a broad-based variety of civil-engineering tasks.

Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from UC Davis in 1994. She is also an accomplished athlete, competing in many local triathlons, duathlons and running events.
